ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW
Peer Power is a non-profit organization that recruits and trains high-performing college students, called Success Coaches, to tutor in public school classrooms and mentor high school students to encourage active learning, valuing education, and being personally accountable for their futures.

HIRING TIPS
We ask all of our candidates come prepared to their interview with an open mind and flexibility. Candidates can prepare best by ensuring they meet all requirements including our 2.75 GPA, minimum of 9 hours, and active undergraduate or graduate student status.
