- High School Diploma.
- Three (3) years of practical experience in a hospital, nursing home, home care programs or hospice.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Active certification with the State of Tennessee as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
- If operating a motor vehicle for St. Jude business, must have a valid driver’s license from the employee’s state of residence and a valid personal insurance policy on the vehicle which meets the requirements for the state of Tennessee.
- CPR AED certification required
- Recertification is required every two (2) years.
